Where can I find your prices?

Can I test the products before purchasing?
The following products can be tested: Swippo, rolling stools, Nitzbon No. 4.4 classic and arthrodesis, arthrodesis chair, Ergorest, and mobility arm. Therapy tables, WorkPark therapy equipment, standing aids, the Helparm, and partition walls cannot be tested.
Business customers have the option to test the above-mentioned products free of charge for about 14 days. Private customers can test these products through a dealer (medical supply store, furniture dealer). Please feel free to contact us by phone or email in both cases.

How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the number of products ordered and the choice of colours and accessories. We would be happy to provide you with a specific quote including the delivery time.

How are the products shipped?
We ship the following products with Dachser: therapy tables, WorkPark therapy equipment, Nitzbon No. 4.4 classic, Nitzbon No. 4.4 arthrodesis and arthrodesis chair. Delivery is to the kerbside. We are unable to deliver to your premises or assemble the items. If you would like to be notified by telephone, please let us know when placing your order.
Please note: Some of our products are shipped on pallets. Please understand that the recipient is responsible for disposing of the pallets.
We ship the following products with the parcel service provider UPS: Swippo, all rolling stools, standing aids, Helparm.

How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery to end customers is free of charge.
Delivery to retailers is free of charge but subject to a surcharge. Shipping costs depend on the product ordered and the quantity. We would be happy to provide you with a specific quote including shipping costs.

How can I track my shipment?
We will be happy to send you the respective tracking number – Dachser or UPS – by email. Please indicate this request and your email address when placing your order.

How do I pay?
Business customers can purchase on account. We deliver to private customers against advance payment.
In both cases, payment is made by bank transfer to one of our bank accounts. No other payment methods are possible.

Do I have a right of return?
Business customers
We must check on a case-by-case basis whether a return is possible. When requesting a return, please provide the date of purchase, invoice number and reason for the return. After reviewing your request, we will inform you whether a return is possible or not. If a return is possible, please send the goods back to us and bear the costs of the return shipment.
As soon as we receive the goods, we will check them and, if they are free of defects, you will receive a credit note from us, minus a processing fee from the invoice amount.

Private customers
You may return the goods (except custom-made items) within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the return shipment and the associated costs. Once we have received the goods, we will inspect them and, if they are free of defects, refund the purchase price within 14 days.
